Why no full refunds? We are an extremely busy park and kindly ask that you not book if you aren't sure you're going to be able to make it. We understand things happen, but we hope you understand that many weekends we have a waiting list and want to make sure rooms and sites are available for those who are able to come.
General Policies

We do not advertise a quiet park. We are pet and child friendly, are located near the train tracks, and have a popular bar on site with frequent live music. All guests are asked to be respectful of each other but if you are looking for a quiet park, we may not be the right fit for you.
You may NOT go to your site without checking in, paying your balance, and receiving your parking pass. If there are vehicles/RV's in sites without having checked in or displaying a parking placard, you will be assessed a $250 non check-in fee and subject to tow.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We appreciate everyone who chooses to spend their time with us, but we will not allow our staff to be treated poorly nor will we allow guests to ruin the stay of another. There are other places to stay if you do not like ours, we will not change our policies or all the blood, sweat, and tears we pour into this amazing location just because you think we should do things differently (but for the right price you could run it any way your heart desires).
If upon check in you would like to move sites, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We also reserve the right to move your site or cabin as needed, but it will always be to a site or cabin equal in all amenities and never lesser. Although our cabins look different superficially, we will always make sure they have the same features if we require your reservation to be moved. We appreciate your understanding.

Maximum occupancy per cabin and site will be enforced, this includes all ages. If you are found to have more than the people allowed in your reserved site or cabin, you will receive one warning and then be removed from the park with no refund if we must ask again.

Cabin Notices:
THESE ARE 100 YEAR OLD CABINS. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL OR AN AIR B&B. Please do not expect an experience equal to staying in one. The cabins were built in 1935. We have renovated them, but their age is still evident. In addition, it is Northern California in the summer. It is HOT. The AC units do their best, but it is going to be warm, please plan accordingly. The plumbing gets its feelings hurt easily; if personal reasons warrant it, please use the more modern park bathrooms or pool bathroom.
